General & Booking
How do I book a treatment or course?
You can book directly through our website, or get in touch by phone or email and our team will help you find an appointment or course date that suits you. Most treatments start with a short consultation so we can understand your goals before your appointment.
Where is the clinic located?
We're based at 4 Union St, Torquay, TQ2 5PL. You'll find full directions and contact details on our Contact page.
Do I need a consultation before a treatment?
Yes. Every new client starts with a consultation so we can discuss your goals, check the treatment is suitable for you, and answer any questions before booking your appointment.
I'm not sure which treatment or course is right for me — can you help?
Of course. Book a free consultation for treatment advice, or take our short online quiz to find the training route that best matches your experience and goals.
Treatments
Are your treatments safe?
All treatments are carried out by Jazz Kaur, a Level 7 qualified practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience. Every treatment starts with a consultation to check suitability and discuss any medical history before proceeding.
How long do results last?
This varies depending on the treatment — some, like anti-wrinkle injections, typically last a few months, while others such as skin boosters and body treatments build results gradually over a course of sessions. We'll talk you through what to expect for your specific treatment at consultation.
Is there any downtime?
Most of our treatments have little to no downtime, though some may cause mild redness or swelling for a short time afterwards. We'll always explain what to expect and give you full aftercare advice after your treatment.
Will you tell me how to look after my skin after treatment?
Yes, you'll always be given clear aftercare advice after every treatment, and you're welcome to contact us at any time if you have questions during your recovery.
Can everyone have these treatments?
Most treatments are suitable for a wide range of skin types and concerns, but some conditions or medications can affect suitability. This is exactly what your consultation is for, so we can make sure any treatment is right and safe for you.
