What you will learn
Introduction
The PRP Course is designed to introduce practitioners to Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments and their use within professional skin rejuvenation. The programme covers the complete treatment journey, from consultation and suitability through to preparation, blood collection principles, treatment application, safety and aftercare.
Training combines theory with practical learning so you understand both the principles of PRP and the practical process. Particular attention is given to safe preparation, client assessment and professional treatment planning.

- ✓ Skin Regeneration — Explore skin ageing and the principles behind regenerative approaches.
- ✓ Consultation & Suitability — Assess client objectives, relevant history and treatment suitability.
- ✓ Blood Collection & Preparation — Understand the principles of appropriate blood collection, preparation and handling within the treatment protocol.
- ✓ Treatment Application — Learn the application technique relevant to the academy’s PRP protocol.
- ✓ Practical Training — Work through the treatment process under tutor guidance.
- ✓ Safety & Infection Prevention — Understand hygiene, blood-borne risk awareness, contraindications and safe handling.
- ✓ Aftercare & Follow-Up — Learn post-treatment advice, recovery and follow-up considerations.

Course Details
Duration: 1 Day | In Person | Theory + Practical
Successful learners receive the relevant CPD certificate.
Progression can include polynucleotides, skin boosters, mesotherapy and other regenerative aesthetic CPD.

Requirements
All CPD courses involving needles require either a Level 3 Beauty qualification or above, or a minimum of 6 months’ previous needling experience. Please check the individual course requirements before booking.
